Where East meets West.

We want to introduce specialty-grade coffee in a unique way, without compromising quality. Here’s what that means, and what to order when you visit.

The name

Cascara means husk.

Cáscara is Spanish for husk: the dried skin of the coffee cherry. It’s where our name comes from.

Why Cascara

Quality and choice.

In most coffee shops you get one or the other: very high quality coffee with very few options, or all the options with coffee that isn’t ethically sourced or roasted properly.

We don’t think you should have to pick. Our coffee is ethically sourced, from a local roastery, and our syrups and sauces are made in house, so there’s a wide variety of flavors and customizations to choose from.

Stay a while: there’s a big dine-in area for the community to connect and network. In a rush? Quick service, or delivery.
